Hong Kong

  • Free Shipping on orders of HKD 500 and above
  • Orders below HKD 500: HKD 30 shipping fee
  • Delivery time:
    • Ready-to-ship items: 5–7 business days
    • Made-to-order items: 8–12 business days

Macau SAR & Taiwan

  • Free Shipping on orders of HKD 500 and above
  • Orders below HKD 500: HKD 30 shipping fee

Returns & Exchanges

  • All sales are final.
  • Exchanges are available only for ready-to-ship, full-price items of equal value.
  • No refunds or returns for Made-to-Order, Custom, Pre-order, or Sale items.
  • Customers are responsible for import/export charges; please check your local customs regulations before ordering.

Return Window:

  • Ready-to-ship full-price items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Customer covers return shipping costs.
  • Returns are accepted only for items with a genuine defect (proof required).

Eligibility for Exchange:

  • Item must be unused, in original condition, with all packaging and tags.
  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@greenlemonatelier.com with your order number and photos.

Repairs & Warranty

  • All jewellery is covered by a 1-year warranty against design defects.
  • Natural variations in materials are normal and not considered defects.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear, neglect, loss, or accidental damage
  • Modifications or repairs by unauthorized parties
  • Damage during transport after delivery

Duties, Taxes & Buyer Responsibility

  • Customs duties, taxes, and fees are determined by your country’s customs agency and are the buyer’s responsibility.

  • If fees are unpaid, parcels will be returned to us. Refunds will be issued once items are received back, minus any administrative fees charged by customs or shipping agencies.

Shipping Address Accuracy

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure it is complete and accurate.

  • Incomplete addresses may cause returns.
  • Reshipping or self-collection will require an additional shipping fee.
